Acceptable use
HCX runs customers’ work on computers owned by other people, so we ask everyone who uses our services to keep that work lawful and safe.
You must not use HCX to
- process content or perform work that is illegal, or that you have no right to process;
- create or distribute malware, or attack, probe or overload any system;
- harass, defraud or deceive people, or generate deceptive impersonation of real people;
- carry out unlawful surveillance or profiling;
- attempt to bypass quotes, limits, verification or billing, or to inspect or tamper with other customers’ work or the computers that run it;
- resell or share your access without our written agreement.
Care with personal and sensitive data
Tell us before submitting sensitive data, such as health, financial or children’s information. Some work needs additional safeguards and some cannot be accepted.
Enforcement
We may suspend access, stop or refuse work, and report unlawful activity. To report a concern, write to hello@hcxintel.ai.
