This page explains what Hyphae Compute Exchange, Incorporated (“HCX”) does with personal information collected through hcxintel.ai.
This website
The public pages use no analytics, advertising trackers or cookies, and load no third-party scripts or fonts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical information (such as IP address and requested page) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
If you write to hello@hcxintel.ai, we use your message and address to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
The preview portal
Access to /portal/ is limited to invited people and is controlled by Cloudflare Access. It checks the email address you enter against our invitation list and sends a one-time code only to addresses on that list. Cloudflare processes the address for this purpose. The portal itself shows simulated data in your browser and sends none of it anywhere.
Customer work
Data that customers submit to run through the HCX marketplace is used to perform that work for the customer, and is handled under the terms agreed with that customer.

You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@hcxintel.ai.
